Annual Marketing/Support Fund is replaced entirely as follows: The Contractor agrees to provide marketing support inclusive of print, digital assets, posters, banners, and giveaways with a value up to $6,000 annually to support marketing and promotional initiatives as mutually agreed upon between the FHSU and the Contractor. 4. All other provisions of the Contract will remain in full force and effect.
