Summary COUNTY OF MONO DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS INVITATION FOR BIDS Bridgeport Banner Project Number 9565 Notice is hereby given that the Mono County Department of Public Works (“County”) calls for bids from qualified contractors to provide construction services for the installation of the Bridgeport Banner (“Project”).
The project will make traffic safety messages visible and reinforce the messaging by the installation of banners that promote traffic safety programs. The banners will be installed on light poles surrounding the U.S. Department of Transportation headquarters’ buildings. The installation of these traffic safety messaging banners will in turn reinforce their messages to DOT employees and other passersby.
The Charter Township of Clinton Downtown Development Authority is desirous of purchasing 106, 24" wide by 72.5" high vinyl pole banners for display on light poles in the Gratiot Avenue median. Banners should be double-sided, with grommets and three inch pole pcokets noth top and bottom, with 4 ink colors based upon the attached photograph.

A project panel of community stakeholders will be assembled to select the artist and will also work with the artist to co-design the content of the banners using submitted historic photos and community feedback.
