CAPABILITY STATEMENT: Interested parties must demonstrate a history of relevant Aerial Target Banner Towing services and recent (within the last five fiscal years) performance history. The history should identify contract or project number, project title, dollar amount, point(s) of contact with telephone/fax numbers, and in what capacity (e.g., prime, subcontractor, etc.) performed.
Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson is looking for an aerial banner towing service for target shooting for the fighter aircraft on JBER.
The 673rd Contracting Squadron has a non-commercial requirement for one (1) contractor fully-operated and maintained fixed wing aircraft for aerial target banner towing services on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER). The aircraft shall be certified for Aerial Target Towing (not to be confused with Banner Towing) by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
Such activities include, but are not limited to: Sightseeing Flights, Crop Dusting and other Agricultural Applications, Banner Towing and Aerial Advertising, Aerial Photography and Survey, Aerial Fire Fighting, Power Line and/or Pipeline Patrol, or any other operations approved by the Airport Director. A. LAND. No minimum amount of land is required to be leased. B. BUILDINGS. No minimum space is required to be leased. C. PAVED AREAS.
