As the delivery barges are dictated by ops tempo, there is no set schedule for barge arrivals, but the average is roughly twice per year.  The contractor shall manage and conduct all transfer activities, will prepare for unexpected contingencies (e.g., accidental release of fuel on land or sea), provide a safe work environment for employees, and deliver all required documentation of the process.Please see the DRAFT PWS for further detail.
