Ensure that the Cab, Administrative Base Building, and associated equipment rooms are classified as information technology equipment rooms (ITER) and meet all the requirements for such spaces per NFPA 75.H. Ensure that the fire life safety, emergency power, and electrical designs comply with Attachment 7 (provided at solicitation)I.
Work will include site work, construction of the ATCT and TRACON/base building, parking lot, perimeter fence, and a new Fiber Optic Transmission System (FOTS) crossing multiple taxiways on the Air Operations Area. The ATCT shaft and base building will be clad with a non-combustible, aluminum plate pressure-equalized rainscreen system.
