The CDL Vocational Training Instructor Program is based on the number of inmates that are enrolled in the program. The contractor charges per inmate with any estimated maximum enrollment for 15 students. The contractor does not charge by the hour or session.

L3H is the only source available to support Army CDL/SATCOM requirements    based on the proprietary knowledge that only L3H possesses.
