To help facilitate installation of various information technologies, a telecommunications system, basic infrastructure is required to be installed in the new facility.Objectives: Provide basic communications infrastructure and limited related information technology as noted in this Performance Work Statement.
High levels of quality, performance, and cost controls are expected, so the Contractor must provide the necessary management, supervisory, and administrative personnel to direct, administer, and report on these services on a daily basis.Language proficiency testing is required in the source language(s) such as Arabic and English for all levels of linguists in the four basic communications skills: listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
The course of instruction must discuss skills associated with basic communications theory, Very High Frequency (VHF) and Ultra High Frequency (UHF) communications techniques, gain antenna application, materials and connector utilization, High Frequency (HF) utilization, communications in contested environments, and communications in arctic environments. Course must also include a curriculum that is handson in real-world scenarios.
SPECTRUM XXI Client (SXXI) - software-based application utilized for maintaining and updating frequency assignment records, performing geographic and/or parametric data queries, and basic communications analyses.
