The proposed Bayou Lafourche Pump project is intended to transport excess stormwater from approximately 70 acres of land of Donaldsonville, LA into Bayou Lafourche.
RECONNECTION OF BRETON CANAL TO BAYOU LAFOURCHE Project consists of: Installing (2) 48” diameter siphons, including the inlet and discharge pipes, capable of moving roughly 97,000 GPM of water from Bayou Lafourche into Breton Canal Dredging approximately 1,400 feet of Breton Canal. Bids must be submitted on the Louisiana Uniform Public Work Bid Form furnished with the Contract Documents.
