The beachfill material for this contract must come from the authorized borrow areas located approximately 2-3 miles offshore of Long Beach Island in the Atlantic Ocean, and/or the Little Egg Inlet as designated on the contract drawings.This procurement is being conducted on a full and open basis, IAW FAR part 14, Sealed Bidding via an Invitation for Bids (IFB), and will result in award of a firm-fixed-price contract.
