Description: Description:Owner seeks CMAR services to build a new facility and reconfigure the site to house Wood Lake Nature Center offices and operations. Owner has completed a predesign phase with some preliminary site analysis, facility requirements, and cost estimates. The Wood Lake Nature Center project will replace the current aging building with a fully-accessible, ADA-compliant, multi-purpose building.
