This Request for Proposals is published to solicit proposals for the development and operation of a Behavioral Health Crisis Treatment Center or a Mobile Crisis Response Team and apartments for the provision of crisis treatment services to minors (from birth through age seventeen (17)) and/or adults in areas of the State that are currently underserved for such services.

Description The Mobile Outreach Crisis Team (MOCT) operated by MultiCare Behavioral Health is the only licensed mobile crisis team for adults available 7 days/week in Pierce County and therefore the only vendor who can fulfill this need.
