This procurement is required to provide research, reporting, training, data collection and analysis, and other services to the Department directly affecting placement of children in it care. Thirteen programs are directly supported by the Northwestern University Mental Health Services and Policy Program.

The contractor shall provide web-based access to a document management system (DMS) that provides access to manufacturers’ online modular cognitive behavioral therapy for anxiety, depression, conduct problems, and trauma for children and adolescents; child and adolescent behavioral health (C&A BH) research evaluation database; and evidence-based practitioner guides for C&A BH psychosocial treatments.

The successful proposer shall provide subject matter expertise in the field of behavioral health who has the ability to lead in depth discussions with executive leadership in the mental, emotional and behavioral health field, provide needed research and guidance to facilitate consensus driven decisions and affect progress toward community-level change in mental, emotional, and behavioral health.
