CalWORKs Behavioral Health Services (BHS) is an integrated behavioral health program that provides mental health, substance use, and co-occurring services to eligible CalWORKs Welfare-To-Work (WTW) and Cal-Learn participants. The program works collaboratively with SSA CalWORKs. The purpose of the targeted services is to address barriers and help participants become self-sufficient by treating their mental health and/or substance use issues.
