Visual checks shall include fuel system and injector pump solenoid, governor controls, linkages, block heaters, hoses, belts, clamps, air filters, breathers, exhaust systems, water separators, radiator condition, general leaks in all systems. The vendor shall test the coolant for the protection level from freezing and for impurities.
