The Central Bering Sea Fish and Game Advisory Committee will be holding a public meeting in Bethel at the ADF&G office, located at 570 4th Ave. on October 10-11, 2017 at 9:00 a.m.
NOAA is mandated to monitor and manage these seal populations.As such, the MML will conduct a research expedition to the southern edge of the Bering Sea ice in the spring of 2024 to sample and tag ice-associated seals.
The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the supply of a chartered vessel and crew to conduct Ice Seal research in the Bering Sea of Alaska, as described in the Statement of Need. All responsible Small Business sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by NOAA.
