***UPDATE - 6/29/23 - The following description of the site is added to this announcement providing additional information regarding site conditions and extending the proposal due date to July 7th, 2023.The construction site is on top of a mountain. There is no road access up to the mountain; only a small pedestrian tram exists, but is not authorized to be used for material or equipment transportation. The tram takes about 10-15 minutes to get up/down the mountain. A small parking area exists at the bottom of the mountain near the tram, and may be used with prior approval.
