For the benefit of the customers of the Town of Yarmouth and to increase productivity, the Town is soliciting bids to provide Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment Collections Services. The solution shall provide all of the functionalities necessary to improve the effectiveness of the current electronic billing process.

The Town of Yarmouth is accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors for Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment Services in accordance with the specifications set forth within the Invitation for Bid (IFB) documents. This IFB has been issued by the authority granted the Town by Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 30B, Uniform Procurement Act, Section 5. Proposers should familiarize themselves with the provisions of this Act.
