Billing and Customer Service 1. Invoices The Provider will bill the Town for residential collection monthly. The Town shall make payment of the full amount due under the invoice within thirty (30) days of receipt of an invoice. The initial customer count shall serve as the basis for calculating the invoice for the first month of service under the Contract.
One rate will then be established for the Customer which includes the base proposal, franchise fee (if applicable) and/or administrative billing fee.
The successful Firm will seek to maximize revenue collection and minimize turnaround time from service provision to payment collection, while providing superior customer service to the patients of Carroll County Fire/EMS Department and third-party payers.
