GEUS, Greenville, TX’s utility billing entity, is soliciting proposals from qualified service providers for electronic bill payment processing (EBPP) services. EBBP services must include online payments, mobile payments, eBilling, outbound customer notifications regarding bills, due dates, credit card and eCheck processing as well as cash payment locations.
