Full depth reclamation and paving of Dimmock, Ed Jones, Merritt & Judd Rds. approx. 24,360 sq yds FDR of the exisitng blacktop surface, calcium chloride at a rate of 1 gal per sq yd, and application of a HMA binder course of 2" and HMA top course at 1.5" approx 4690 tons. Tack coat at a rate of 0.05gallons a sq yd in between courses along with a wedge joint to be installed on both layers of HMA as well.
