This requirement is for Non-personal services in support of Biomedical Research Services at the WRAIR. The services will support the Centers of Excellence for Military Psychiatry and Neuroscience Research (CMPN) at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, Silver Spring, MD. The requirement is for non-personal service for the procurement of the technical expertise and support services necessary to perform Blast and Acoustic Characterization and Performance Effects Studies in support of the Blast Induced Neurotrauma Branch missions.The CMPN and USAMRD-W require both on- and offsite professional research support services to support operations as a whole.

This requirement is for non-personal, severable, performance based services.
