THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to remove existing and install a new security alarm system in nine (9) buildings at two (2) sites for Tully Lake and Birch Hill Dam. The contractor shall install the new security system in compliance with the National Electrical Code, Massachusetts Building code and applicable Fire Codes.

Two (2) portable toilets will be provided to Tully Lake Dam and one (1) portable toilet will be provided to Birch Hill Dam.  All work will be completed to the satisfaction of the Technical Point of Contact.
