The Department of Human Services (the Agency), in collaboration with Black Hawk County Decategorization Board (herein after referred to as the “Board”) seeks a qualified entity or entities to provide crisis intervention, parent/child mediation and individual support services for parents and youth. Referrals will come from DHS, JCS, and law enforcement.

Service strategy focus should be on the engagement with the family through the development of a Family Service Plan.
