DNR is seeking the services from a qualified Respondent for the collection, hauling, and disposal of garbage from Black Hawk State Park. The successful Respondent will be required to provide nine (9) 8-yard dumpsters. Garbage must be hauled in equipment that meets the requirements for that purpose and must be disposed of in an approved sanitary waste disposal site.
Contractor shall then install self-adhered Grace Water and Ice Shield (or State of Iowa Approved Equivalent) over entire roof, install new 16oz copper chimney flashing, new dark brown drip edge, and CertainTeed Landmark Premium shingles, color to be Weathered-wood (or State of Iowa Approved Equivalent).
This project involves shoreline armoring, jetties reshaping and site restoration by seeding all disturbed area.
