The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) proposes to issue an Owner Requested Limit approval (ORL) AQ0859ORL03 to United States Air Force for the Blair Lakes Range Support Facility under Alaska Statute 46.14 and regulation 18 AAC 50.  

The facility covers 19,790 acres of land across the Fairbanks North Star Borough and includes the Oklahoma and Yukon Training Ranges, as well as EAFB’s Blair Lake Gunnery Range.  The total storage capacity is 30,651,894 gallons, comprised of refined petroleum products such as JP-8, diesel, and gasoline.
