Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform all work required for the purchase and installation of blast mitigation curtains. Blast curtains currently hanging in Bldg 250 will be removed by contractor and then new curtains will be hung; new curtains will be hung in Bldgs 65, and 333 at Francis E. Warren AFB.
