NOTICE OF PROPOSED CHANGES ON NEWBORN BLOODSPOT SCREENING TEST FEE IN THE REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH. BRIEF DESCRIPTION The Department of Health (DOH) proposes to change regulations on the fee related to the bloodspot screening test for newborns.
The laboratory testing services to be purchased shall only be for the Dried Blood Spot Test (HIV, HCV, HBV, Syphilis, and Creatinine) and self-collected Gonorrhea and Chlamydia specimen samples collected by the OHA.
