The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, tools, supervision, supplies and incidentals; to perform all work required to remove, transport, and dispose of all material in trespass dump sites in accordance with the specifications, maps, terms, and conditions. Procurement will be 100% set-aside for Small Business and will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, 13, and 19.
