The Chair of the Vermont Professional Responsibility Board, with the assistance of the Judiciary Court Administrator’s Office, seeks proposals for legal services in attorney discipline matters. The party selected to provide these services will serve on a contract basis as either Special Disciplinary Counsel or Assistant Special Disciplinary Counsel.

The Board-appointed County Administrator manages the finances, including the budget; provides leadership and management of Board initiatives; and oversees general County operations. The remaining operations are managed by either elected officials (Clerk/Register of Deeds, Water Resources Commissioner, Prosecutor, Sheriff, and Treasurer), statutory boards (Community Mental Health), or the judiciary.
An A/E Evaluation Board consisting of a private sector peer and representatives of the Judiciary and GSA will evaluate the submissions. The Board will establish a short-list of three to six firms.Identification of team members, other than the Lead Designer(s), is not required at this stage.
