Resources include hundreds of vehicles and equipment consisting of fire engines, fire trucks, ambulances, a hazardous materials unit, a heavy rescue unit, firefighting rescue helicopters, two bulldozers, rescue boats, a decontamination unit, and multiple support staff vehicles. Currently the District employs approximately 712 employees – 603 fire line personnel, 109 day/office staff.
