Warranty All materials and labor provided by the vendor shall have a 20-year manufacturer’s warranty as well as a 2-year workmanship warranty for weather tightness on the sheet metal portions of the project.
The work will include canal and intercoastal dredging, stockpiling of dredged material for a future project, tree removal, shoreline stabilization, coquina revetment, dock access and floating dock installation and FDOT turbidity barriers.
FISHING DOCK CONSTRUCTION The City of Northwood will receive sealed or electronic bids for the construction of an approximately 18’ X 12’ handicap accessible dock on Stoner Pond at Ranger Park in the City of Northwood, Ohio 43619. The bid should include Design; Support posts, Engineered 2’ steel beams to cantilever over water; Composite decking; To code railing around entire dock; Roofing and gutters.
Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and support services (as specified by Company) necessary to carry out both dredging and the permanent offshore disposal of the material.
