****Provide a boat operations and training facility for U.S. Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) in the Stone Bay area aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. The work includes constructions of a boat launch, pier, and a boat staging area to support watercraft-based operations at Stone Bay (Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune). Special construction features include coastal area storm water best management practices.
