the demolition and replacement of the eastern boat ramp structure and tending dock system located at the Authority’s Hickory Point Recreation Park site.
PROJECT SCOPE: This is a construction project consisting of all labor, equipment and materials necessary to remove the existing boat ramp at Louie's Landing. Work shall consist of removal of the existing boat ramp, minor reshaping of the ramp approach, design and construction of a new ramp, and creation of an extended entry into the river. The new ramp must be capable of resistance to seasonal flooding and ice pressure.
The purpose of this contract is to provide construction of the following at the Cinnabar Access Site on the Yellowstone River: 1) Boat Ramp, 2) Toilet Relocation, 3) Optional Parking Lot Expansion, and 4) Optional Concrete Surfacing of the New Boat Ramp.Additional details for each item are included in the Statement of Work.
