A third safety boat team of (2) safety boats would be providing support to a third training unit conducting basic training in the installations protected waters (Boat Basin, Bay, Inlet) in the afternoon to early evening. This scenario requires (6) safety boats in a single day at one of the locations specified in paragraph 2.3.

The requirements under this procurement supports the UCT-2’s Training Department in providing Technical Training Support Services on an interim basis for deploying personnel. Specifically, these services shall be to conduct Small Combatant Craft Operator Training courses. Currently no formal Navy owned training programs exist to properly train and qualify Boat Operators assigned to UCT-2.
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to procure and deliver a lobster vessels along with boat stands/cradles, and place the vessel under the existing canopy at the U.S. Coast Guard Northeast Regional Fisheries Training Center, located on the premises of the Joint Bases Cape Cod, in Buzzards Bay, MA 02542PLEASE SEE SOW THAT IS ATTACHED FOR SPECIFICS
The majority of these courses are conducted in-house by qualified PIFSC and collaborating agency instructors.In addition to providing training courses, the PIFSC requires extensive personal qualification standards (PQS) outlined in the PIFSC Supplemental Small Boat Policy. PQS requirements vary by division, program, mission, and operational platform.
