Intent: The intent of this solicitation is to award a contract for auto body repairs of city-owned vehicles. Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued.
For the purpose of this RFP, the District strongly prefers electronic proposal submission via the bidding platform Bonfire. Proposals will be evaluated using Bonfire. Any hard copy (including flash drives) proposals received will be uploaded into Bonfire. The District accepts no responsibility or liability for either the Respondent’s errors and/or omissions in its proposal or errors committed by the District staff in uploading submissions to Bonfire.
