Electrical: Demolition work shall include but not be limited to the following: Demolition of existing wiring/conduit and electrical panels supplying power to all existing Boilers and related equipment. Demolition of all lighting, lighting panels and associated wiring/conduits. Demolition of existing Emergency Generator and associated power distribution.
Connect new RTU and CU units, etc. to the existing electrical panel. 3. Provide new wiring and breakers as required. 4. Perform any other work required by this contract. Scope includes (but is not limited to) boiler replacement, AHU upgrades, HVAC upgrades, hydronic heating system upgrades, new DDC controls, domestic water system upgrades and replacements, generator replacement, replacement of main switchgear, replacement of electrical panels and MCC's, and heating fuel conversion from fuel oil to propane. SECTION VIf temporary relocations are necessary to any utilities and controls and all work provided under this solicitation will be restored to operating condition and shall meet all national electrical codes, National Fire Association codes and all other applicable federal, state and local codes.
