Observe the first two service and regeneration cycles, and train Boiler Plant Operators on operation and maintenance of the unit. See specifications for details. Task 4: Provide field and analytical laboratory analytical reports documenting the influent and effluent water quality. Task 5: Provide a one-year maintenance contract that includes quarterly inspections and water quality analytical reports.

General: A request to furnish and install in the boiler plant at the Temple VA Medical Center, 1901 Veterans Memorial Dr, Temple, TX 76504. Installation of one gas pressure sensor on the incoming gas supply and one water pressure sensor on the incoming water supply. The sensors will be connected to the JCI controller by the condensate return tank. The points will be mapped to the supervisory controller.
Center Boiler Plant Water Treatment
The vendor shall provide all labor and supervision to conduct water treatment services for four boilers in the Boiler Plant, the high temp hot water heating boiler at the BRAC, and one Cooling Tower. The Vendor will also provide water testing services and provide recommendations for the proper operation of 26 Closed Loop and Open Loop systems.
