GENERAL INFORMATIONThe 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza, Bldg. 804, Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement to purchase books for the Air Command and Staff College (ACSC). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

The Contractor shall insert the substance of this clause, including this paragraph (d), in all subcontracts that exceed the micro-purchase threshold.(a) Method of payment. (1) All payments by the Government under this contract shall be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT), except as provided in paragraph (a)(2) of this clause.

Vendors may use the Revised Pricing Template_FY24 ULC Book Purchase, REV01, dated 31 October 2023 or a vendor generated quote. Vendor generated quotes are required to have all the information included in the Revised Pricing Template_FY24 ULC Book Purchase, REV01, dated 31 October 2023. This includes the ISBN numbers (if listed) in the template.
