The contractor shall document all patient contact clinical notes appropriately and order prescription medication if necessary according to BOP policy and will use the Bureau Electronic Medical Record (BEMR) to do so.
The BOP reserves the right to suspend, limit, or revoke Contractor services in accordance with this contract and BOP policies and regulations. The BOP also reserves the right to cancel a scheduled session at least 24 hours prior to its commencement, without compensation to the Contractor, regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
