Angulation mechanism requires repair. 120DN, 120DF, and 120 tip adapters require replacement.THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. Program Details:The contractor shall provide management, labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, necessary to perform repair of Olympus IV9000N Borescope (SN: Y801133) to full operational functionality. This service shall be performed at the contractor’s facility.

Baker Hughes dba Waygate Technologies is the original equipment manufacturer and the borescope is proprietary to the OEM, as they have manufactured & customized these specific video scope systems for the Navy; therefore, only their qualified technicians can perform the Borescope repairs.
