The purpose of this notice is to identify potential sources who are able to provide the identified products/service needed by Kayenta Health Center to meet agency’s identified requirements.The Contractor shall provide New Born Screening Test with opportunity to exercise Base Year Plus Option Years to the Indian Health Services as requested by the Kayenta Health Center authorizing official.General Requirements:The Contractor shall provide the following
"Alaska law requires that all babies born in Alaska receive screening tests for conditions that can result in intellectual disability and/or other serious health problems (see, e.g., Alaska Statues 18.15.200). Title 7, Alaska Administrative Code, Sec. 27.510, requires all such tests to be performed at the lab designated by the State."
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is published to solicit proposals from a Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) Laboratory for the provision of newborn screening laboratory services for infants born in New Hampshire, to prevent the disability and untimely death of newborns from undiagnosed genetic disorders.
