Training can take place anytime during the 12 month software coverage period.CLIN 1001: QTY 1 Each, Boss Software: GOLD Support BOSS Software maintenance (as a product) for two (2) systems for a coverage period of one five (5) months encompassing 24 January 2024 to 30 June 2024.CLIN 1002: QTY 1 Lot, BOSS Software Training: Training for five (5) people for up to three (3) days at the contractor's facility.
Furthermore, the use of another provider’s maintenance would leave the existing Boss software assets’ support unfilled. Market research indicates other companies’ similar products, or products lacking the particular features required, do not meet, or cannot be modified to meet, the agency’s needs. The Boss software maintenance (as a product) meets the minimum requirements of the government.
