    Native deciduous trees (Primarily elm and cottonwood) with a DBH (Diameter at Breast Height) of over 18” will be excluded from mastication along the boundary. All Cedars must be masticated at ground level all green branches must be removed from every tree stump to prevent regrowth of the tree. Masticated material must be evenly distributed and does not average more than 2-6” in depth on the ground.
