We use these standardized aluminum posts to affix the Forest Service Boundary signs/stickers, Land Survey Monument signs/stickers or any other potential boundary (WSR, Wilderness, RNA, etc.) signage to the length of the boundary. The specs for the Aluminum posts are on page 14 of the attached RFQ.
The origanl date (23 June 2023) was inadvertently typed in.It is Forest Service Policy to delineate the Forest Boundary prior to any priority projectmanagement activities within 1/4 mile of the boundary. The boundary department is tasked withmarking and posting the boundary according to FSM 5600 and detailed in FSH 5609.11 Ch. 20& 60.
