PROJECT NOTES BCRD is requesting the design and fabrication of a 12 ft wide by 8 ft tall concrete box culvert. Box Culvert is to have wing walls on both sides. Box Culvert shall have 2 foot headers on each end piece. Box Culvert shall have an apron between the wing walls. Box Culvert shall have a curtain wall on each end piece. Box culvert will need to be 80ft long end to end including end pieces.
