The objective of this contract is to retain appraisal services for acquisition of conservation easements on behalf of the United States of America (USDA), by and through the Secretary of Agriculture, pursuant to Title XII of the Food Security Act of 1985, as amended, 16 U.S.C. 3837.
Awardees shall prepare real estate appraisals that are compliant with USACE ER 405-1-04, the current version of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and the 2016 Version of the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (UASFLA), aka ''Yellow Book".
