This sources sought is being issued as an invitation to small business concerns that are interested in becoming a prospective vendors on the BPA for various manufactured metal items to submit the requested information that is listed in the sources sought below. The Agreements issued will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and Department of Defense FAR (DFARS).
Attachment 1 is a Representative Sample of the metals and 3-D Printing supplies required. Attachment 2 will be a List of all Material required under this BPA. Attachment 3 is a Product Description (PD) that will provide additional requirement information.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Lee is procuring a Multiple Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the supplies of various metals (aluminum, steel, titanium) for the use of the U.S.
All orders under this BPA shall continue until the performance is complete and the order paid, even after the BPA expiration date.2. All BPAs awarded will be for a period not to exceed five (5) years. Exact dates specified in the basic agreements.3. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards.4. This BPA is reserved as a Small Business Set-Aside.5.
