A BPA is a streamlined method for acquiring services on an as-needed basis from qualified and available sources. Individual calls or orders will be solicited among BPA holders based on capabilities of the respondents. Capability focus areas: 1. Machine shop, tight tolerances (+/- 0.001), with Certificate of Conformance or Quality Assurance Report in accordance with required test procedures defined at the order level 2.
Individual BPA calls are awarded on the recommendation of Subject Matter Experts within the Office at the discretion of the Contracting Officer for Language Services on bases including evaluated skill sets, prior performance, and availability to accept assignment. A BPA Holder must be able to provide the following product: -Road Salt (Mineral Sodium Chloride) for melting snow and ice on all surfaces. Quantities will be determined on individual BPA calls. All quantities shall be delivered in bulk tons by FLOW-BOY Tracter Trailer for off-loading into a salt style storage facility. Bagged material in any quantity will not be accepted.
