Charles (“City”) is requesting bids from a qualified contractor to perform general maintenance, repairs and restoration work to landscape brick pavers at various public facilities and right-of-way within the City limits.

It is anticipated that the City will enter into an on-call contract with a single contractor for a period of up to five (5) years for this brick paver maintenance. Work required under this contract shall include furnishing materials, qualified labor, equipment, traffic control, etc. for the maintenance of brick paver sidewalks, cross walks, truck aprons, and permeable pavers.
