Maintenance building includes approximately 3000SF of interior finish out office space and two maintenance bays with a bridge crane and vehicle lift. Electrical work includes electrical service entrance, back up generator, associated electrical work for the maintenance building, site lighting, and fire alarm system.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and subject matter expertise in the maintenance and repair of Weight Handling Equipment (WHE) which includes dock cranes, bridge cranes, Heavy Lift Transporters, Diesel-Electric locomotives and associated supporting electrical systems and electronic controls.

Creek Lift Station Pre-Bid Site Visit: 10:00 a.m.

The Government will provide a bridge crane operator to support a direct lift of servomotor to and from staging area withing the walls of the unit. Also loading of servomotors onto and off a truck and/or trailer. b. Wicket gate servomotor refurbishment: including inspection, replacement bushings, chevron packing, honing, cast iron rings, lead-based paint abatement and repainting. Optional cylinder bore clean-up cut. Optional rod chrome-built up.
